Parents-

The health of your children is your responsibility. By following the guidelines presented in this film, you can help your children grow into healthier adults. And the habits they learn now will hopefully be passed down to their children. It's more than just the issue of weight; kids that follow this program - simply eating a little smarter and exercising a little more - will be in better health overall. They should have stronger immune systems, and more energy. And a stronger immune system will cut down on expensive trips to the doctor.

For most of you, the health of your children is one of the most important things. But we have to remember, they are more likely to follow what we do then what we say. So even if we tell them the best ways of eating and exercising, if we don't follow those rules ourselves, chances are they won't either.
