every day if you’re going to stay in the race.

The foods you eat and the liquids you drink are the fuels
your body uses.

When you eat and drink the right fuel, you have energy
for your daily activities!

Eat Smarter!

When you eat or drink too much, or when you eat or drink
the wrong things, your body begins to store fuel as fat.

Don’t take in more fuel than you need!

By eating the right foods in the right amounts and getting
plenty of exercise every day, you can burn off fuel
without storing it!
