Thank you for your interest in the KidFit program.

If you are a teacher or principal in an area where KidFit is being distributed, thank you for your help. Even though this DVD will go home with your kids, what you say when you distribute it will have an enormous effect on how they receive this information. Please emphasize how important the issues presented are to the lives of the kids. If possible, try to schedule a lesson about health and fitness to coincide with the release of the program. Remind your students of the times the program will be on the air. Please, do everything you can to stress what is taught in the film, and feel free to view the film in class.

If you are an educator in an area where KidFit is not yet available, check here to see how you can get it. Certainly you see firsthand how the lack of fitness and the quality of diet affects your students. Not only does it make them healthier overall, it should make them have a longer attention span in class, and not get "sugared-up," as many of your kids are when they arrive at school.
